 GE LED Systems for Shopfitting
Shopfitting is the new frontier for LEDs. Light can now go where it has never gone before!
New GE VIO LEDs give perfect Colour Rendition 85CRI Now available in LED Downlights in surface mounted or recessed emitt virtually no heat.
Virtually no heat is emitted onto the products so no fans would be required to take the heat away. This not only saves money on the motors and cabinetry but also on energy consumption as LEDs use very low wattage.
Our Display Bar was highlighted with our Tetra Contour product. The formable acrylic was bent with a heat gun around the perimeter. Once cooled the LEDs are pushed into the acrylic and we have a fantastic non effect without any of the dangers. The bottom of the unit was highlighted with Tetra Ultra to give a floating effect.
Blue LEDs are halo lighting here the Technology Department at Melbourne Airport LEDs are perfect under counters and tables as they are cool to touch. Applications in retail and hospitality are unlimited

LEDs are perfect for lighting perishable such as food alcohol and cosmetics. A good system produces little heat and improves the shelf-life. Whites are now available in Cool White and Warm White. In this example Blue LEDs were used on the bottom with white Mini LEDs on the sides. Tetra Mini LEDs only require a depth of 50mm to diffuse.
This Lightbox built by Building & Plastic Solutions is made of Starfire Glass which works with the Blue Tetra LEDs beautifully behind the bar.
The lightboxes were developed for the Mondo Bar in the Cairns hilton. The Blue Tetra LEDs provide an even wash with virtually no heat on the product. The Fluoros in contrast show banding because of the distance they are apart. These Tetra LEDs can be used under counters and run on only 3.5Watts per metre.
The next step is our Refrigeration Display lighting LEDs pictures here. With clever optics the LEDs direct light onto the product rather than outside the refrigeration case causing glare as found with traditional light sources
